A hand-coloured print of a bedroom scene in which a woman opens a trunk to kiss her lover, who wears army uniform, who is hiding inside. She kneels before the trunk and has accidentally kicked over a chamber pot. From her waist hangs the key to the trunk. Next to the trunk stands a bottle of 'Eau de Vie' and a mouse in a cage. In the background is a window through which a jealous husband glares at the couple.
