Description

Engraving of James II as king. Half length with wig, lace cravat, armour and sash over left shoulder. With coat of arms and English inscription below, including publisher's address, 'att Amsterdam by Nicolaus Visscher with Priviledge of ye High and Mighty States Generall.' Second state with re-engraving of face and alteration to title as king. For first state see RCIN 602803.
