Worn for the Centenary Celebrations of the Women’s Institute, London 2015. This elegant powder blue ensemble consists of a silk day dress and coordinating coat and matching hat. The Queen has continued to wear block colours throughout her life for day ensemble making her visible in large gathering when carrying out official engagements. This ensemble was created by the designer Stewart Parvin and the milliner Rachel Trevor Morgan, both of whom regularly supply The Queen today.
