A drawing of an invented view, known as a capriccio. The drawing shows a bridge over a river, with several figures shown crossing it. Beyond the bridge are a Palladian style building and a medieval style building with a large clock tower. To the right of the bridge is a fragment of a classical building, and a man with a dog walking along the river bank. To the right is a pedestal with a statue of a reclining lion. Below the bridge is a boat containing two figures. Parker comments that the drawing has reminiscences of Padua and Vicenza. The drawing is enclosed within a ruled ink border line. An enlarged copy in pen and ink by Bellotto is in Berlin, Museum Dahlen, Kupferstichkabinett (8504).
