A hand-coloured print in which the Prince of Wales, dressed as a child, leans over a game of marbles. He is restrained by Pitt who sought to restrain the Prince's ambitions to be regent during his father's illness. On the left Charles James Fox, Richard Brinsley Sheridan and Edmund Burke (three of the Prince's supporters) are playing marbles with the crown. Inscribed in the plate: Pubd. by S.W. Fores No.3 Piccadilly Jany 28 1789
