A hand-coloured print of a satire on Fox's attempt to force the East India Bill in the House of Lords in an attempt to limit government involvement in the East India Company. Charles James Fox and William Pitt are shown playing football with East India House. On the left stands a stands a book entitled 'Blackstone' alluding to Pitt's high learning. On the right, Fox's vices are represented by the presence of dice together with strewn cards on the floor. Inscribed in the plate: Pubd. Feby. 7th. 1784, by W. Humphrey No. 227 Strand
