A hand-coloured print depicting 10 scenes satirising the rise and fall of the coalition of Charles James Fox and Lord North. The scenes begin with Fox at the hustings and progresses to his partnership with North in scene two. The tenth scene depicts Lord North, Fox and Edmund Burke as characters from Greek mythology, the coalition having been rejected by the populace. Plain impression of RCIN 810018. Inscribed in the plate: Pubd 29th Dec 1783 by W Humphrey 227 Strand
