Head and shoulders of Princess Victoria of Wales, almost in profile to the left. She is wearing a high-necked dress beneath which is a white collar and her long blonde hair falls over her left shoulder.
This work is a copy by Rosa Koberwein-Terrell of a portrait by Von Angeli in the Royal Collection (RCIN 402294). Probably painted for King Edward VII, it was formerly in his rooms at Buckingham Palace and was sent to Osborne in 1933.Provenance
