Access

There are 22 steps up to the main exhibition level. The remainder of the Gallery has level access.

Flooring & surfaces

The Queen’s Gallery and shop have polished wooden floors. There is a stone floor in the lobby.

Visual aids

The Visitor Information leaflet, audio tour transcript and exhibition labels are available in large print. The e-gallery terminals also allow text and images to be enlarged.

Guided tours

Introductory and themed verbal description tours are available. Tours last 90 minutes and must be pre-booked. Please contact the Learning Bookings team (+44) (0)20 7766 7323, learning@royalcollection.org.uk for further details.

Assistance dogs

Assistance dogs are welcome and water is available on request.

Shops

The shop is located opposite the Café and next to the entrance to The Queen’s Gallery. The shop is on one level with wooden flooring.

Lavatories

Accessible lavatories are located in The Queen’s Gallery and in the Mews Courtyard, opposite the Café.
