This pair of vases, which are egg-shaped, rise to a trumpet-shaped mouth and are decorated round the neck in high relief with three gilded garlands of oak leaves and acorns seemingly suspended at four points from studs tied with a ribbon below raised collars, which are decorated in gold with a bead-and-reel motif on a white ground between two gold bands.
