Henry Courtenay, tenth Earl of Devon, Marquess of Exeter

Grandson of Edward IV. Became a gentleman of the Privy Chamber in 1520. Present at the Field of the Cloth of Gold. Made Constable of Windsor Castle and created Marquess of Exeter in 1525. Charged with treason in 1538 and executed in December of the same year, having been degraded as a Knight of the Garter.
