Although often overshadowed by the fame of her husband, Kathleen Scott was an accomplished sculptor. Her best known work is probably the full length memorial statue of Scott in polar gear, in Waterloo Place, London. She sculpted two busts of the King, the larger of which was unveiled in London on 28 June 1935; this smaller version was made for Queen Mary. More
