A spray of four wild strawberries of enamel and one bloom, the petals of which are formed from five pearls and with yellow-gold stamens; the three nephrite leaves and clusters are attached to a yellow-gold stalk, all is set in cylindrical upwardly tapering rock crystal vase. Fabergé on rare occasions made more than one version of some of the flower studies, and an almost identical version of this group exists in the Wernher Collection.
