Rectangular strut frame with projecting corners and a wide border of oyster wave guilloché enamel, mounted in gold with four-colour gold floral swags and pierced ribbon crest. The rectangular bezel of rose diamonds is inset with a photograph of Queen Alexandra. The whole has an ivory back. Signed on photograph DOWNEY
