A hand-coloured print of the Prince of Wales who is laid out on a bench about to be operated on by Tory peers, under the direction of William Pitt who instructs the party to begin by cutting out the Princely heart first. Lord Thurlow on the right stares down at the Prince. Lord Sydney and the Duke of Grafton both hold dissecting knives at the ready whilst on the left, the Duke of Richmond stands holding an axe whilst staring menacingly at the body. A bag of dissecting tools lie on the floor by the Duke of Grafton's feet. A hand-coloured impression of RCIN 810325.
