Plate celebrating the Hanoverian succession with bust length portraits of George I, George II and his wife Caroline of Ansbach and to the left William, Duke of Cumberland. Below these are portraits of Frederick, Prince of Wales and his wife Augusta and their six children; Princess Augusta, Duchess of Brunswick, George III, Prince Edward, Duke of York, Princess Elizabeth, Prince William Henry, Duke of Gloucester and Prince Henry, Duke of Cumberland. The portraits are surrounded by allegorical figures, among them Liberty who is presented trampling the Pope, Justice and Plenty. Inscription below and publisher's details, 'Publish'd According to Act of Parliament January 20 1752. & Sold by the Proprietor R. Forrest at the Plume of Feathers under the Royal Exchange Cornhill.'
