-
A gold and enamel Lesser George in the form of a locket. The centre has a painted enamel figure of St George facing right killing the dragon, who lies on his back, with a spear. The background is plain gold worked in the form of glory; the whole is encircled by a blue and gold enamel Garter, the motto set flush with the enamel. A plain ring is attached to the upper edge. The reverse is finished in plain engine turned gold showing glory rays similar to those on the obverse. A hinge is attached to the Garter tab on the reverse, enabling the piece to be used as a locket; the interior is empty.
