Singe-action pedal harp; top ending in a neo-classical acanthus leaf scroll with date leaf ornament, which contrasts sharply with the black lacquer decoration covered in chinoiserie decoration. Five octaves. A paper label on the base reads 'HOLZMAN / Maître Luthier - Facteur de harpes, / demeure dans le grand rue Fauxbourg / Saint Antoine, chez un Marchand de Vin, / au Roi du Siam, près celle de Saint / Nicolas, au second; il vend & fournit / des cordes de Naples et autre / A PARIS'.
