Photograph showing HM Queen Elizabeth II seated in the Coronation chair, under a canopy which was placed over her and held by the four Knights of the Garter, for the Anointing by the Archbishops. The Queen wore a simple linen dress designed by Normal Hartnell, to be worn over the coronation gown.
